Abstract
Covid-19 salgınının getirdiği olumsuz ve zor koşullar, işletmelerin iş modellerini kısa bir sürede değiştirmeye mecbur bırakmıştır. Sağlık işletmeleri salgından en çok etkilenen işletmelerin başında gelmektedir. Sağlık işletmelerinin başarısı sadece ekonomik katma değerle ilişkili değildir. Aynı zamanda hem salgının toplumsal etkilerini azaltma hem de diğer hastaların sağlık hizmetlerinin aksamaması açısından kritik öneme sahiptir. Bu çalışma kapsamında sağlık alanında faaliyet gösteren dört işletmenin yöneticisi ile derinlemesine mülakatlar yapılmıştır. Veriler çoklu vaka yöntemi ile analiz edilmiştir. Yapılan araştırma sonucunda, işletme yöneticilerinin iş modelinden haberleri olmamasına rağmen iş modelini aktif olarak kullandığı ve değişen şartlara kendilerini uyarlayarak iş modeli unsurlarında değişime gittikleri görülmüştür. Bununla birlikte bazı işletme yöneticileri ise iş modeli unsurlarını değiştirme konusunda yetersiz kalarak ekonomik olarak zora girmişlerdir.

Abstract
The negative and difficult conditions brought by the Covid-19 epidemic forced businesses to change their business models in a short time. Healthcare businesses are among the businesses most affected by the epidemic. The success of health enterprises is not only related to economic added value. At the same time, it is of critical importance in terms of both reducing the social effects of the epidemic and not disrupting the health services of other patients. Within the scope of this study, in-depth interviews were conducted with the managers of four enterprises in the sector of health. The data were analyzed with the multiple case method. As a result of the research, it was observed that although the business managers were not aware of the business model, they changed some of the business model elements. However, some business managers have been in economic difficulties by being insufficient to change the elements of the business model.
